Leaves of Dawn Monthly Giveaway
Terms and Conditions and Official Rules
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Leaves of Dawn, operated by WW Group BV, Belgium.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
This giveaway aims to grow the Leaves of Dawn community and encourage engagement on the brand’s social media channels while promoting sustainable bamboo based products.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Reside in Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France or Germany
• Have a valid Instagram or Facebook account
Employees, partners or collaborators of Leaves of Dawn are excluded from participation.
4. Giveaway Period
The Leaves of Dawn giveaway takes place monthly.
Each giveaway period begins on the first day of the month at 00:00 CET and ends on the last day of the same month at 23:59 CET, unless otherwise stated in the official giveaway post.
Entries submitted after the closing date of the relevant monthly giveaway will not be considered for that month’s draw.
5. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the steps described in the official giveaway post published on Leaves of Dawn social media channels.
Participation steps may include actions such as
• Following the official Leaves of Dawn Instagram account
• Liking the official giveaway post
• Commenting on the post
• Tagging friends in the comments
• Sharing the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook Stories
Participants may also be asked to provide their email address through a messaging tool or form in order to confirm their participation and receive giveaway related communications.
The exact participation requirements for each monthly giveaway will be clearly specified in the official social media post announcing that month's giveaway.
6. Prize Description and Winner Selection
Each month, one winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
The specific prize for each monthly giveaway will be clearly described in the official giveaway post published on Leaves of Dawn social media channels.
The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries collected through the official Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok giveaway post.
To ensure a fair and transparent selection process, the winner may be selected using the CommentPicker application or a similar third party tool designed to randomly choose winners from social media comments.
7. Prize Conditions
• The prize is non transferable
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
• The prize must be accepted as offered
• Shipping is limited to Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany
If the selected winner resides outside these countries, the prize may be reassigned.
8. Winner Announcement and Contact
The winner will be announced on the Leaves of Dawn Instagram Stories or Facebook page and contacted via direct message and or email using the contact information provided during participation.
The winner must respond within five calendar days after the notification is sent.
If no response is received within this period, Leaves of Dawn reserves the right to select another winner.
Once the prize has been received, the winner may be invited to share a photo of the prize with Leaves of Dawn. Sharing the photo is voluntary and subject to the winner’s consent.
If the winner agrees, the photo may be shared on Leaves of Dawn social media channels for communication purposes.
9. Use of Name and Content
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Leaves of Dawn may announce their first name and social media handle and repost giveaway related content.
10. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
Meta Platforms Inc. is released from any responsibility by each participant.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway, including name, email address and social media username, will be processed by Leaves of Dawn for the purposes of
• administering the giveaway
• contacting participants and announcing the winner
• delivering the prize
• sending email communications related to the giveaway and Leaves of Dawn products and sustainability initiatives
Participants who provide their email address may receive marketing communications from Leaves of Dawn.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable European data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Limitation of Liability
Leaves of Dawn is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries or platform malfunctions related to social media platforms or third party tools used for winner selection.
Leaves of Dawn reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if necessary.
13. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
